HIVE Flow
HIVE Flow burns wood but keeps 75% of that heat inside the sauna rather than losing it up the chimney. The stone mass holds what it gathers, so steam keeps coming for over 30 minutes after the fire is out.
It burns cleaner than most wood stoves too. CO output sits at 346 mg/m³ against 1000 mg/m³ or more from comparable heaters, and particulate output is 25 mg/m³, the lowest HUUM has measured in this category.
The firebox is built from 5mm steel at the top and 3mm at the sides, holding heat evenly and reducing fire risk enough to sit closer to timber than older heaters allow. HIVE Flow weighs 67kg, 73kg for the LS model, and holds up to 150kg of stone plus another 35 to 40kg in the stone cage.
A large glass door keeps the flame visible from the room. HIVE Flow LS can be fed from an adjacent space, the same as HIVE Wood 17 LS.
HIVE Flow comes complete. Sauna stones are included, up to 105kg on the Mini models and up to 150kg on the full size models, along with a safety rail. No electrical connection or control system is needed, only a flue.
